The Big Easy…Just Got Easier

The New Orleans Saints are hosting the Seattle Seahawks and their beat up quarterback, Russell Wilson.  Expect  New Orleans to put the ball up at least 50 times.

Because Russell Wilson is struggling with knee and ankle injuries, it is going to be a better bet to go with the Saints.

Fantasy points…expect big points from New Orleans receivers as well as QB Drew Brees.

Not A Prayer In Hell

Broncos are going  to shred the Houston Texans and they won’ t know what hit them.  The Broncos will be all over Osweiler.   And, his only chance of making plays is with Lamar Miller.

Depending on Trevor Siemian’s health, the Broncos should have their way with the Texans .

Lamar Miller, Houston Texans  and Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos, should be scoring fantasy points tonight!

Osweiler is going to try to prove himself after leaving Denver.  But,  its going to be tough going up against the #1 defense in the NFL.

Receivers Can Take It Deep In AZ

It’s going to be a shootout in Arizona tonight! Even though  the Sea Hawks defense is better, the Cardinals have a plethora of receivers that can take it deep at any time.

This should not be a high scoring game because the Sea Hawks are tied for  second best in points given up in the NFC.  But  because of the receivers on both sides,  this could be a  high scoring shootout.

Playing in the Arizona dome will be in the receivers favor!

Not Many Points

The Vikings and the Eagles have the two best defenses in the NFC for points given up.  Vikings have given up 63, the lowest in the  league.  The Eagles gave up 78 , making them second in the league along with the Sea Hawks.

I would not look for too many points to be scored.  Neither team has a good running game.  Instead, focus on the defense to prevent these teams from having a high scoring game.

The best bet of the day for points are Andy Dalton and  AJ Green against the Browns.  The Bengals should run “roughshod” over the Browns.

The Oldest NFL Rivalry

We are coming to a point in the season when a 1-5 and a 3-2 team will be fighting for an opportunity to have a successful season.  If  the Bears do not  win they should consider their season done.   Knowing this, the Bears will come out with their backs against the wall.

Hoyer, having thrown for over 300 yards in three starts, has a good chance of putting up significant fantasy points.

On the other hand, Packers are  coming in hungry after their loss to the Vikings. These two teams should light it up!  Rodgers is capable of playing better.

Receiving Points Tonight In Arizona

Tonight’s game has the Jets coming to Arizona.  Since both teams have good receivers, expect to earn some  fantasy points tonight.  I also see Palmer, Cardinal’s QB, playing well tonight.  Although Ryan Fitzpatrick has had a bit of a hard time lately, he could  have a good game.

Look for excellent performances from Cardinal’s receivers John Brown, Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd.  I also expect a good performance from Jets’ receiver Brandon Marshall.
